TAX ESTIMATOR
Buyer understands and acknowledges that any quoted or advertised property tax amounts are based on the Seller’s current tax bill and may not reflect the property taxes after closing. Upon transfer of ownership, the property may be reassessed at the full market value, and any existing exemptions (including, but not limited to, Homestead, portability, or other tax caps) may be removed.​ Buyer further acknowledges that property tax amounts are determined solely by the County Property Appraiser and applicable taxing authorities, and neither Seller nor Broker guarantees or represents the amount of future property taxes. Buyer is strongly encouraged to contact the County Property Appraiser’s Office to obtain an estimate of post-closing taxes based on the anticipated purchase price.​ Buyer hereby releases and holds Seller and Broker harmless from any claim arising out of changes in property taxes following closing.
